Hello and Welcome to my site!
If you haven't already figured out, my name is L.B. LaForce, and I am a storm chaser from Battle Creek, MI. I am 20 years old, and will be starting my third year of college this fall. The first two years I attended a local community college, and got all my math and physics out of the way. I will now be attending Central Michigan University to pursue my degree in Meteorology.

Some of my other hobbies besides storm chasing include amateur radio, fishing, computer repair, and playing bass guitar.
My first "official" storm chase was on May 13, 2009 in Kirksville, MO. While I did chase a bit back in 2008, it had never out of the state, or real serious. Before then, I had been fascinated with weather pretty much my whole life. In 2005, I bagged my first tornado while on a family camping trip in the U.P. of Michigan. Not exactly the place for someone to see a tornado right? Well, it wasn't a very organized tornado, but it did touch down, and take out a few trees.
2010 has been an incredible year, and I hope 2011 is even better!
